FC TT RPG
How would you guys like an FC RP with things like legitimate rules and dice? I've been thinking about putting together something similar to a tabletop RPG for a while and I wanted to get some feedback and ideas before I start.

Try to play it in your head for a while, how its gonna look like. Keep in mind that in real D&D everything happens almost real time, no delay, freedom of conversation and doing stuff on a whim, here if you gonna do it this way it will take ages to process ONE turn.

Iv, you assume it'll be via posts. While I'm not saying it couldn't or won't be, there's just the very real possibility it won't.

Re: FC TT RPG
That's one of the larger obstacles. If it's turn-by-turn, then it'll take too long; if it's free-post, interaction and continuity will be less than optimal.

Re: FC TT RPG
Alternately, turn based posting is possible, sort of.
GM posts "Turn X, everyone can do X actions". Everyone posts (once) with their actions. GM rolls dice and such as required, posts results, repeat.
Slow, but barring get-togethers in roll20 or summat, it's the best we can effectively do.

Re: FC TT RPG
Well, most people only post once, maybe twice per day anyway. It doesn't really need to be in any particular order.

Re: FC TT RPG
I tried it with a one post per every two hours limit before. Things worked ok, but there's probably a better way of doing things.
