That'd be the old Hexalan, both what you're referring to, and what I was channeling when I insulted Novus just then.

To make the implication of a long speech short, Novus is no longer a... concern of mine.

Though, to defend old Hexalan: again, we have tech, it's just due to available force limits put in place by the Board of Admirals and that we just didn't have the scale nor time needed to phase in our advances.
But looking at what we did have, it's actually really similar to what Novus has, and, when you're considering that Hexalan was many times the scale of Novus, it actually is rather impressive how prevalent sentient AI, power armor, and other technologies are among 15 trillion people across 300 planets.

SK requires a lot of effort and the scifi portion is inactive.

I'll likely reboot FCRP, with a few changes; for one, no GMs, just mutual policing by everyone. Two, no bloody ARKs. FFS. Three, we start from 2250 and rewrite history a bit more appropriately for all.

If you're wondering about the scifi over at skrp: We're still rebuilding it though we're getting closer. It will be well organized (much more so that previous fcrp's) and will not be heavily regulated like skrp is. That kind of regulation doesn't work for scifi shit.
