Grammatically incorrect English with influences of local language and accents. Many are of the speakings like eastern european, Deutschland und Österreich speak mit ein german accent, scændinæviån cøuntries use of ÆØÅ/ÅÄÖ instead for A's and O's, Although natively english speakers use correct english, but even there with the local dialects, old chap.

The FC countries mostly use english though, which would be boring, so just use the common eastern european faulty english for them, just browse reddit.com/r/polandball if you want to understand it all better.
