EDIT: The Mauler is still sniperboat, but I couldn't wack on enough power-gen for a decent laser burst. You now utilize More Dakka to shoot.

FURTHER EDIT:

Your Spectre pilot's voice comes crackling over comms. You should probably wash the orange soda out of the speaker.

"In orbit. two targets; one fuel tanker, one materials hauler. Both braked into Eve orbit, probably awaiting refuel or radiating some heat."

Lengas chimes in. "I'll leave choice of target to you; we could use both fuel and hull materials. Good luck."

What course of action do you take?

Spectre action : Using stealth systems to close-in fast,will commit attacks by the flanks,using the extra speed to outmanuever the enemies into submition. Requesting help of another ship to send in a boarding party. Target : Hull materials first.

The Valkyrie will cripple the hull-material ship's engines. Once that is accomplished, it will move to assist the Spectre. (Not boarding)

So the Valk will hit the engines, and Spectre can remotely override their control systems (EWar) and shut 'em down.

I'd suggest, if you want, sending Mauler to nab the fuel tanker; dreadnought's useless without dat gas, and Valk + Spectre can probably take any resistance , what with the total of 6 torps, 1 MGT, and 2 Vulcans.

Mauler mounts 4 Vulcans on the bow.
