Summary:
Taerian government would be bet described as Socialist Japan-Venice with a heavy dose of big brother. Every developed city has a camera on every corner and in every public space, all of which lead to massive AI cores that monitor all the cameras and all signals throughout the planet looking for illegal activities or plans of revolts. Security Androids are used in conjunction with these systems and apprehend criminals ruthlessly and efficiently this overall big brother system has left the Aryan empire with near non existent crime rates with most of it centering on less developed planets. The economy is taxed a large 15% which pays for standard education, police force, healthcare, and other necessities. The economy is a regulated capitalist system. Citizens are required to serve in the military for five years and are required to have an education. Jobless or homeless people are sent to government work camps until a new job is a available for them. Cultural values focus mostly on money gain and education.

Language:
Tajer Standard is the official language of the Tajerians. Other languages and variations did exist at one time but to maintain unity and ease of governing they were rewritten into Standard and only Standard was taught from then on.

Race:
Tajerians are a bipedal humanoid species, Their facial structure is like that of a Human with the jaw and nose pushed out two inches, Their jaw structure contains sharp canines near the front with progressively flatter teeth near the back. Average Tajer height is 6' to 7'6" due to excessive use of genetic engineering among the populace. Their bones are stronger then a Humans due to Pateze having 1.2Gs of gravity. The leg structure of a Takerian is also different from Humans with the knee 1/3 of the way down the leg and the ankle about 2/3 down the leg.

Government:
Tajerian government is a council of representatives two of the most educated people of every field are elected ranging from psychology to space junk, new fields may be suggested for implementation but only those with a sizable impact on the populace are accepted. Council members serve three year terms, they may server infinite terms. Candidates are chosen for elections by AIs starting with education and analyzed from that point, their personality, history, and daily interactions affect if they are placed in the final pool of possible members.

Genetic law - All fertilized embryos are to be placed in Goverment genetic centers where they will be augmented to be disease resistant and other various government set standards. Various visual details may be requested by parents of embryo.
Robotic Enforcment System RES - Planetary size big brother system controlled by a large AI complex, law enforcement mostly replaced with said AI controlled police androids.
Planet classes-
Class 1 - Receantly colonized planet, no government infrastructure set up
Class 2 - Basic government infrastructure, Roads, communications, power, etc set up.
Class 3 - Advanced government systems set up such as Genetic labs, underground facilities, moderate population size. Genetic law is usually enforced here.
Class 4 - Goverment monitoring systems fully installed and large population. RES is usually activated here.
Class 5 - Military or private government planets, no unnecessary civilian access and heavy anti espionage equipment in place.

Actually originally this was supposed to be a joke faction that was like the exact opposite of the strigiform and be a massive 2.5 galaxy wide empire, And then pull a strigiform-human on the strigiform. Where I totally don't imply that the strigiform were mutated giant birds.
