Faction Info Sheet and Timeline Entry Format

Alrighty, we still need a beginning faction sheet format. I think a timeline is the easiest way to arrange the history, then we can adequately keep track of correlations and we wouldn't have to write another completely different sheet for post-galactic introduction. The downside to this would be that there would be tons of entries and each person would have to keep track of their information, but we'd get the most comprehensive information. We'd still have to have a bit at the beginning, though. Every timeline entry would have to abide by the entry format.
