At the moment, there are two people that will be on the Board of GMs. These people are Fenway (if he wishes) and myself. We need one more to do anything. If you would like to nominate someone, post them in the thread.

I suppose I can do it. I offer ACH; his owlyness is essentially seniority.

He's basically a requirement for making owl lore.
I generally disapprove of Tiel getting involved in GM-stuff, because he is strictly against Conspiracy-stuff, which would result in a threat of GM-intervention for intelligence/covert actions.

You act as if I've curried for a role in this.

But yes, you're correct in your presumption that I'm pretty much for deleting Conspiracy. The only reason for it existing in the first place is to troll other users, which as you've pointed out is against the rules.

I would like to know how 'using off-board roleplay to get an advantage' is trolling in your opinion.

I don't know, does that mean that I cannot be a GM in an RP of my own ? Or that I need to consult this board with all RP related ? Because from the description in your idea thread it sounds like a bad idea, it means everyone but that board looses any right to their canon.

Nothing's stopping you from PMing each other or using other discrete means to gain an advantage in-RP (which is something I really disagree with, though I digress) but forming an official group and namedropping it every other post is what constitutes trolling to me. The only point of such behavior is because you derive satisfaction from knowing it's going to annoy people that they have no idea or any means to get an idea of what you're playing at.

You need only deal with the Board if you plan on doing a Canon RP.

While I think Tiel could do it better, I also know he wouldn't want to, so ACH wins here.

And Ivan, the conspiracy was rather annoying, at least when you were dropping [redacted]s like turds after vindaloo night, which is what I believe Tiel is referring to.

They only have power in a FutureCraft canon RP. You can start your own freely.

Also, they can turn down parts of your nation/faction canon only if it flagrantly doesn't line up with the overall canon, or is massively OP or something.

See point being that ppl just tend to pick less those RPs that are not "canon" as the later means " Fenway" and "official" for them , such biased people we are, this makes me worried.

Truth be told I feel we should force Fenway to give an oath to never 'ragequit' again seeing as this is a thing.

I give my complete and irrevocable word that I, Fenway, will not quit the RP section permanently for any reason from now until the forum's death. I acknowledge that should I fail to uphold this oath, I will be stripped of all powers within the RP community. I will reserve the right to take occasional breaks from roleplaying, but the instant these lapse into permanent leave or 'ragequitting,' I forfeit all rights to the RP community.

My only concern with Ach being on the board is that, when it gets down to nip and cut, there might be turbulence because his faction is such a large part of history.

@Iv: What everyone else said. There's nothing to stop you from mastering your own RP, but the Board would have to be consulted and oversee any matter involving canon.
