How much on a scale of XMans can we make this nonsensical? Like do we have to have at least an attempt at biological/technological reasoning or can we poof storms and ice because magic mutations?

It needs no explanation, but should be something centered around yourself, not environments or physical forces.

And batman was a rich guy with a Thing for bats, proto, so that doesn't fit here.
