-AUF News-
Randall Feragg responded to the Imperium's emergence once again. He acknowledges their former crimes, but asks the populace to remember that, "NeoRome attacked first. The former government is responsible for the horrific loss of life." He thus assures that the AUF harbors 'no hard feelings' for the Imperium.
Scientists combing through NR archives have found the schematics for the "Plasma Particle Cannon" or PPC. Supposedly, it's power rivals the Fusion Coil Splicer.

Re: Where we Left Off
The Novan Commonwealth has declared the Andromeda JumpGate off-limits to any but Novan, Zuguthian, and MQR ships. Transport fleets are being assembled for the purpose of accelerating colonial growth in the other galaxy; and Novan shipyards are being converted to military use.

Re: Where we Left Off
The construction of shipyards has started over the most developed Andromeda colonies. The Empress states that maintaining an active industry is an important part of any sustainable colony. Research centers and various factories are also being built on most of the colonies for the same reason.

The Solar Stratocracy wishes to inquire why they, as a member of the TFA, does not have access to the andromeda galaxy.

Re: Where we Left Off
Strigiforme colonies in the Andromeda and Triangulum galaxies have experienced large scale growth with the advent of cheaper transportation. These colonies are beginning to expand with the influx of Strigiforme seeking adventure that have been hired by the government to expand the colonies. Even now, thousands stream into the new galaxies, each ship destined for a new world to be claimed by the Strigiforme. The Ryytils naitive to the Triangulum have expressed satisfaction with this due to their close relationship with the Strigiforme.

The Long Reach system - and all systems within 5 light-years - have been declared a protected area. Pegasus, Valereia, and most recently Longbow have been assigned to protect this zone.
The MW colonies of Aerila, Nyllkon, and Hahnsak have all seen a recent exodus of a significant portion of the local populations.

Re: Where we Left Off
Imperator Tellaeya was ready to send the intergalactic ship Caesar on its voyage. It held a total of 6000 people, all in cryosleep. 1000 of these people were Imperial Marines. The ship was controlled by an AI, with the simple mission of getting to the Emperor's Child system in the Andromeda Galaxy through the jumpgate being constructed. The jumpgate was nearly finished. After the colony was constructed, an Imperial Guard division would be sent to secure it.

Re: Where we Left Off
You do know Sculptor's galaxy is a massive distance away, right? It's 11.4 Mly away, while Andromeda is only ~2. I think we should constrain intergalactic travel to those in the local group.

I feel if he wants to go there, he can... just be ready for the decade-long journey or other obscenely long time.
