Fine, money is op. Fancy talk for "cheap" short range (~20ish light years) system to system jump gate, basically a space highway.

You can have money, but all your ships will have hulls made of unreinforced gold leaf, and will die en mass. Or, you can be well rounded and then develop from there. Your choice.

The Strigiforme have begun a new push for colonization in the Strigiforme sector of the Andromeda. 3 more colonies are demanded within the next few years.
