A group of cruisers appear to fight the 4th battle fleet. The Darkstar fleet was composed of shield frigates and Ironshield attack frigates.
They were easily destroyed,with the shield frigates serving as a distraction.
When they were distracted by the battle,a salvo of hadron shoots were made,damaging minor cruisers and crippling the main attack force.

I'm pretty sure shield frigates are Strigiforme only tech. Considering shields are our specialty.

It was almost time, they were about to unlock the deep core of ARK-1, and the secrets that lay inside, on one side of the gateway, a huge containment vat, containing the somewhat twisted and forlorn Subject 46, capable of producing a type 2 psychic field, but little else, it was a rather pitiful thing, Theta would have it put out of its misery once it had filled it purpose. At the other end of the gateway, Subject Zero, the only known being capable of producing a type 1 psychic field.
The theory was, that when the two fields overlap, they superimpose to form a third type, one that is believed to only have been produced by ancient Frestorian systems, the same systems that built ARK-1, and that by re creating this field, it would react with the sensors that were known to be in the gateway, and the gate would open.

High commander Theta observed from an observation deck
"Start the procedure, it is time"

Subject Zero was walked towards the centre of the gate, and Subject 46 was wheeled towards him.

They stopped roughly 20 meters apart, at this point Zero collapsed, and 46 began writhing in pain.

"Somebody keep an eye on zero, and stop 46 from breaking the container"

Zero was dragged towards Subject 46, totally unconscious, but as he approached 46, it began to thrash around wildly, striking the tempered glass container

"Keep an eye on 46, the Gateway is beginning to open, but we need that field at full strength for it to unlock"

Zero was dropped right in front of where the two doors of the gateway meet, and three guards in heavy combat rigs began pushing the wailing subject 46 towards it.

When they were about 7m apart, 46 struck out, breaking the container, and cutting into one of the guards, it then proceeded to leak out of its container, and onto the floor, thrashing round madly, Theta believed the thing to be in terrible pain

"Sssh, it'll be over soon" one of the guards whispered, this caused 46 to stop, and it looked around with its blind eyes, looking towards the guard

"That's is, stop struggling, the quicker you stop, the quicker we can end this"

46 tilts its head, and lay still, the guard crept closer to it, preparing to push it closer

*whack*

46 struck out, taking the guards head clean off

"Oh you little bugger, I'll shoot you myself" the guards head exclaimed as it rolled around on the floor

Eventually, a heavy lifting unit was called down to carry Subject 46 to the centre.

As it came within 2m of Zero, it stopped completely.

It's head was laid next to Zero's

A loud scraping noise was heard behind the gate, and it began to slide open

"Marvellous"


The doors slid open, and locked in place, the headless body of the guard walked up to Subject 46, removing its weapon from its back, and promptly shooting 46 in the head.

OOC: EXACTLY why I don´t use the SWATbot MK. I anymore and switched to Mk. II and MK. III The Mk. I actually had the CPU hardwired into the head.

Ya, shield ships are Strigiforme-only. Also, Deadly, the 4th fleet jumped into the system where your dreadnoughts were bombarding the NeoRoman Homeworld from, or at least, the massive shield. I am attacking you in the border world you attacked, where you are bombarding planets and taking them. If it was not AW-1, apologies, move it to whatever world they were at.

Over the way of the 2nd other salvo of weak hadron cannon shots were made do weaken the defenses of the fleet.
The Third darkstar flootila [Long range] were moving to help with the artillery position.

Two invasion fleets, each supplemented by a battle fleet, have been sent to Darkstar systems and Orion Confederation systems. Border resistance was stiff, but we managed to establish a foothold in their territory.

The invading fleets are being held back from the major Tallon system, while civilian populations of the heavily urbanised planet are being evacuated.

A Strrigiforme fleet is already attacking Orion Confed.

The Strigiforme Vanguard Fleet was now led by the Aigaion. It was en route for where Darkstar's home world should be.. Upon arrival, they find nothing.

No star, no planets. The star maps on the Aigaion say they're there, and have factored in galactic spin and everything. They coul guess where the planners would be, so they avoided where they would orbit.

"Commander, all sensors detect nothing. What do you command?"

"Get the computer to figure out where the planets would be, then lock the missile pods on it."

"Lock on secure. If there was a planet, we'd hit it."

"Prepare to fire a tracer missile. Have the rest of the fleet follow suit."

The missile bays on the ships readied, and launched a swarm of missiles that left a bright, visible trail of hot plasma and gas. They also had sensors in their avionics, as well as an electronic tracker.

Omega: negative, they would come looking to see how we found this out, and our method of entry, well, most organics
would have found it quite upsetting and disturbing

Omega: they wold have felt the pain of 46, and you know how they flipped out when we recovered Luna?

Omega: well, 46's brain was a direct copy of Luna's, because we knew it could control the type 2, and other brains failed, it would have contained memories and everything, 46 would have believed it was Luna, in fact no, it pretty much was Luna, at least the organics will see it like that

Theta: big whoop, who cares? We did put it out of its misery

Omega: no, we slaughtered her

Theta: her? Slaughter? Omega, do I need to check your personality core?

Omega: no, I've just been training myself to think like an organic, in order to prevent us from accidentally tick them off again, and from what I know the organics would see it that way, they are irrational like that

Theta: well we won't tell them then, I'll wait for them to finish their little war and cool off before we broadcast this, at the moment they look ready to tear into anyone, not that they would even get close to ARK-1, not now anyway, but they may be useful to us, I don't want to have to kill them myself.
