The Strigiforme will deploy the newest 3 battlefleets, Fleets 36, 37, and 38, to the wargames. They will additionally be supported by the 12th Carrier Fleet and 27th Quick Response Patrol Fleet.

Re: Where we Left Off
Due to both the ongoing NeoRoman relief effort and the upgrades and modifications of several stations and shipyards, the Commonwealth is only sending the battlecarrier Valereia to the wargames, primarily as an observer.
While they can provide the services of cloning to the Dominion, the Commonwealth cannot - due to both moral and technical issues - provide the NeoRomans with ghe cloning technology. They are warned that using the device to create a full-body copy of any sentient race will cause degredation of genetics after the second attempt, likely fatally.

Re: Where we Left Off
The NeoRoman Oversight council has unanimously agreed to permanently shut down Holocene, due not only to the recent devastation of Antioch, but citing a long track record of safety violations and shipping accidents resulting in a multitude of lost lives and damaged infrastructure. This decision has been viciously fought by countless smaller corporations, who rely on Holocene for intersystem shipping. Due to these concerns, Holocene's assets will be divided up and allocated to the next 5 competitors; Hocotate Freight, Sector Transport Solutions (STS), Armax Shipping, and Narango. The division of Holocene's assets will be overseen by the Economic High Council.
The Hierarchy appreciates Novan's offer, but declines use of cloning. As NeoRoman cloning is nowhere as advanced as the Novan Commonwealth, attempts to revive deceased persons in the former Antioch will not be worthwhile. Though their DNA remains in the citizen database, it is unlikely that any memories or personality would be retained since the DNA samples were not taken via Novan machines. However, if private citizens wish to pursue cloning, the Hierarchy asks them to pursue it with the Novan Commonwealth independently, but no support or endorsement will be provided by the Hierarchy.

Re: Where we Left Off
The Commonwealth cannot, unfortunately, offer the use of cloning systems to private citizens without governmental endorsement.
Relief efforts have begun on Antioch, and the Novan personnel have been evacuated for the time being. A temporary embassy aboard Pegasus has been established.
Additionally, the Novus JumpGate has been declared a no-fly zone, and no non-CSN or glvernmentally approved vessel may pass through. Ships returning from Andromeda are allowed, but may not reenter.

Mark stood as the shuttle docked, skids magnetizing with a muffled clang.
Moving to the airlock, he spotted Mayala - slightly battered - leaving the shuttle. Not moving, he simply ran a few lines of her favourite song through his head.
Glancing up sharply, May fixed him with an amused look, heading towards him with a nod to the flight-deck crew.
Joining him, she jumped up and hugged him. Returning, the gesture, he set her down.
"You're alright?"
"Fine. And the embassy personnel, thank the gods... the NeoRomans, well..."
Mark sighed. "I saw the visual feeds. How in the hells this happened... well, we're here, and we're doing what we can."
May slumped a bit. "I feel like we could have prevented this..."
Mark shook his head gently. "Nothing we could have done, unfortunately... come on. Let's go find Argus."

Re: Where we Left Off
"So, this is the new bridge?"
"Yes, it has been outfitted with top-of-the-line armor and equipment. It even has its own dedicated shield and power system defaultly unlocked from the grid. This is perhaps the most secure location we have that isn't a bunker, ma'am."
"I can't wait to see the CIC."
---
The cameras whizzed by, taking in the scene. Five Admirals sat at a gently rounded desk raised about 50cm from the floor, before them was a single smaller desk, sitting at which was the cuffed perpetrator. Not far out of the room was a large open area with a lone wall, a squad of armed marines stood in a line from the door to it. The center Admiral stood.
"Major Shwun Gaiya, you are accused of traitorous acts and two counts of murder. How do you plead?"
"Guilty, sir."
The Admiral sat, and conferred with the others for several seconds, then stood again.
"We the Board of Admirals has found you guilty of the charges and have prepared your sentencing." He gave a short pause, "You are hereby sentenced to death."
"Understood, sir."
The Major stood, the lone guard taking hold of the cuffs with a long pole, lead him out the door to the long march. Faint light spilled into the windows of the hallway, outside the metropolis of Galivan City glowed and shimmered, orange lights sparking from the many other windows in many other buildings as the citizens went about their lives. Coming to the final door, the guard spoke.
"It fills me with sorrow to do this, but I could not live with myself should someone like you continue yours."
"It was never my intention to let those two be killed, but it was my price, and now I must pay my debts."
The guard nodded and opened the door, the marines saluting. He released the Major and returned indoors. The Major began the slow walk to the wall, on which was splattered old blood and bullet chips. The marines drew their rifles and shot. The wall received a fresh coat of what it had not seen in many years.

A small fleet will be on the wargames. The 54th Fast Response fleet, composed mostly of frigates and escort carriers,is getting ready for it.

We are putting our relief ships on under your command, you can use then at your discretion where resources are most needed.
I would like to buy Holocene assets. Cleaning the space lanes and offering a freighter service for you would be easy for my Corporation.

Re: Where we Left Off
Development of a new combat form has recently been declassified as it leaves the drawing rooms. The RemoTek Individual Combat Platform System is a way of integrating synthetic and organic soldiers into one form that poses far less risk to organics. RemoTek works by providing organics with a safe operating environment from which they may control cheap, easily deployed robotic troops seamlessly and precisely. The system is planned to be universally applicable, with combat platforms ranging from mechs to individual humanoid androids, all controlled by soldiers where the only risk is that to the ship they are operating from. No more fret of the cost of lives of your men and women in service as they instead remotely pilot expendable unmanned vehicles. The first integration to existing system will be tested with heavy and light surplus mechs and a carrier. The system relies on a special long-range, heavily encrypted, and densely protected wireless comms network connecting all units in a fleet to a command center located ideally in carriers. The command centers are rooms with sealed user pods where the user has full, ungravitated three-dimensional movement of the unit as well as access to live feeds from cameras mounted on the machine. Gone will be the days where real troops are deployed to the battlefield, but drones and mechs piloted by the soldiers so precious and prized, and they will be given life immortal as their true body is in no danger, only the metal case they command. RemoTek will truly be a step forward in how war is waged on planets. Currently, prototypes and specifications of the system are available to GSA/GSI nations for review and testing. Should incompatibility be present, a group of technicians familiar with the system are more than willing to patch in whatever need be.
General notice: RemoTek is not in a state suitable for active military use, and is only present in a form useful for testing and review. RemoTek is a proprietary technology of the Hexalan Expanses and is not available for public and commercial use, and until further notice is restricted to private, governmental usage. The Expanses is not responsible or liable for any damages caused for testing of the system, but in the pursuit of altruism, compensation can be arranged.

The Zuguthian Empire is sending the 1st and 2nd fleets to the wargames.
TechTron Industries have started testing and researching the Hexalan RemoTek ICPS, as it shows great potential. It is suggested that it could be efficiently combined with the current android system used by the Zuguthian military for maximal soldier safety and combat efficiency.
