Zuguth walked out into the hallway, and knocked on the door to the First Mate chambers.
"Hi, it's Zuguth." he said through the door.
"I'd just like to apologize for earlier. My honor, as well as 500 credits, was at stake. I completely understand your urge to shoot me, and if you were too traumatized, I'll keep to the bridge and my quarters for the coming two days."
He paused for a moment.
"But you have to admit that the explosions were a nice touch."

Sleepily, Val blinked at Solari.

"Huh? M'fine... jus' a bit tired is all." she murmured, trying to focus.

She laughed, then opened the door, lightly punching him the arm. "You always were the idiot genius. ...Y'know, I've got about a thousand credits just laying around, you wouldn't be open to another dare, would you?" Her delivery was serious, but then chuckled slightly.

Val managed to wake herself up, mostly, and leaned against Solari. "Weird..."

Lowering her voice, she muttered, "Five to one she jumps him."
