The former imperator should have been transferred to the Hopeful hospital ship. It is now enroute to Cybran.
Also; is the Hierarch available? I would like to speak with him.
-Message to Hexalan Expanses high command-
The Commonwealth would appreciate if you could transfer any Imperium P.O.W.s to the Novans, so they may work aboard relief ships in NeoRoman territory.
A statement was released earlier by the Novan government; for the Imperium officers being placed on trial, a number of Aurin have volunteered to serve as jurors for these cases, due to their neutrality.

We cannot contact Hierarch Ash under any means as of now. Three hours ago, his orbital station locked down and has resisted every breaching attempt. Outside agents are unlikely; no ships of any kind were seen leaving or docking with the station in the past 48 hours. It seems the lockdown is his doing. All communication attempts have failed as well.
But we have a more pressing matter. We detected a massive energy burst from the Illius IJK system 52 hours ago. Illius IJK is the site of an ancient NeoRoman installation, decommissioned after it proved too dangerous to keep operational. This facility was designed as a singularity compressor. After creation, the singularity would be moved along a central barrel and contained within a storage container, after which we could experiment on it successfully.
After several incidents in which the singularity was not contained properly, resulting in the destruction of multiple planets in the system, the facility was decommissioned and abandoned with a skeletal robotic crew. It could not be activated without the authorization of the Hierarch or the NeoRoman Security Council.
An energy signature of the magnitude we saw can only indicate that the facility was activated and a singularity created. We did not authorize the activation of this facility. All of our fleets are occupied at the moment, and we would like to ask that you investigate the installation.

As per request, a pair of frigates have been sent to investigate this singularity device.
If you are agreeable, a Novan marine team could possibly gain entry to the Hierarch's station. We have an experimental jump drive boarding vesselmthat should clear external defneses. We would of course be obliged to bring along NR officials.

//BREAKING NEWS//
An EIN whistleblower has stated that they were, in fact, monitoring the psionic signatures of several political figures.
The psionic signature of Hierarch Fenway Ash, head of the NeoRoman Dominion, however, has been lost from all sensors.
This could either mean that NeoRome has developed highly advanced psionic technology or, more likely, the death of the NeoRoman hierarch.
Official sources have not yet verified those claims, but the stock exchange has already been effected.

The reinstated Confederation government is requesting custody of Imperator Tellaeya. He will be tried before the 4 senators and the Brigidier General of the 56 Marine Division.
The whole of the Cyranian population has moved to the Titus system. They are working to build up the infrastructure.
Rebuilding the fleets is ongoing in the Wispar system.
The 2nd Fleet has warped, strangely, to Strigiforme space. No one knows why.
A memorial is being made in the Wispar system to pay tribute to the Imperium War.

Re: Faction infos and propogandas.
The shuttle docked with the Hopeful hospital ship. The shuttle contained a load of injured refugees, all with mildly life threatening wounds. They received aid; heavy surgery and then therapy, all to make them whole again. A few of these refugees were less wounded, and had only arrived recently before the ship left for Cybram. They were due to leave before they departed, of course, and records said they did.
However, they stowed away. Over the few days between their 'departure' and the ships trip to Cybram, they hid in crates and cargo areas. The aging ship didn't have the ability to track movements; it was a hospital ship, after all. Then the ship went to FTL for Cybram, and they began tier mission.
They first killed the guards as they slept; the few cameras and security systems watching the barracks were easily disabled, and the guards asleep dispatched. Then they took some weapons from the armoury and killed the rest of the guards. They only got on to the ship and escaped the hospital wing with the help of a turncoat guard; then he helped them take over the ship. Finally, they checked on the Inperator and locked him back up, all the while taking control of the command center.
This took 8 hours.
Then, they stopped the ship. It dropped out of FTL in the middle of nowhere, in deep space. They reoriented it to a new part of space, one that their comrades had recently fled to. They had disabled the ships auto-tracker, and now were off the radar. Those tracking the ship only saw it as still in FTL; they wouldn't know until it was supposed to arrive, and then it would be too late.

Re: Faction infos and propogandas.
Unfortunately for the saboteurs, the loss of a hospital ship's beacon was a full-scale emergency. Starting from where they lost contact, a hastily-assembled fleet of destroyers and scouts began searching space, looking for the Novans' oldest and most valued space hospital.
A set of 4 destroyers were also dispatched to Cyrania, and another group of 6 to the NeoRoman homeworld, escorting a diplomatic vessel.
And the aging ship had a surprise for her captors. Shortly after their FTL reentry, the control systems asked for a codeword. Unable to input the correct one, the stowaways could only watch as the controls locked in the current course and disabled all input fuctions, meaning the vessel would only stop if power was cut.

Re: Faction infos and propogandas.
The stowaways cut the power and activated a stored beacon, summoning a fast, small, and unmarked ship. The ship, which had waited fairly close by, jumped in. It cut into the hull quickly, stealing away the Imperator and the saboteurs. The ship jumped again, leaving a mine there. It had traces, yes, but not one any sane group of ships would follow.
(the beacon was disabled in FTL, which should mean that it wasn't detected because you ant transmit during FTL)

The reinforcement fleets returned and began resuming normal duties, the debris field from the slaughter cleared and hauled back as well. Reconstruction will take a significant amount of time, and will be completed sometime late next year with around the clock work. In light of the trauma NeoRome has faced, Hexalan remains adamant they be given something, but will however, accept mere data and schematics. The Hexalan government has elected to donate 3 billion credits to aid NeoRome in recovery, this, however, will set back several projects by months if not years.

2 days, 20 hours, 34 minutes, 18 seconds.
The radiation profile of Cyrania's star was increasing rapidly as it compressed upon itself. The planets found themselves scorched, with a massive influx of radiation not anticipated in any timescale. Cities caught fire, lead softened, the inner planets were baked in radiation. The system was rapidly becoming uninhabitable.

What happened to the hospital ship? It was meant to arrive 1 hour ago, and as it contains such an important prisoner, it can't just vanish.
In news with the Hierarch, we fear he very well may be dead. The facility was designed to lock down upon either his orders or his death; mainly to protect highly sensitive documents. We have breached the outer perimeter, but shield systems and multiple extremely difficult puzzles keep us from the inner sanctum. It will take a considerable amount of time to crack them, even with our computers as aids.
In regards to the singularity installation, we have been unable to establish a connection; it may have shut itself down. Due to this, once you enter the system, you need to take a VERY precise set of instructions to access it without being destroyed. Any deviation can and will be deadly. These are security measures, we cannot override them without communications with the installation.
1.) Locate the Omega- 5 Station in the outer asteroid belt and set the "Flux" state to "Perpetual". This will open a corridor through the resulting distortion field to allow ships through. The corridor is very narrow and almost invisible. You will not be able to enter it without a navigation map. The distortion field ends at the inner border of the belt; do NOT move past this belt. The corridor lasts for 6 hours before shutting itself down.
2.) Locate the Delta-6 Station, again in the asteroid belt, and connect to the station via an encrypted D-7 Alpha Hedron signal. Input the following commands in this order; Register access, Flux perpetual, Helix Fossil, Corridor Navigation Alpha. This will download a navigation map to the ship which allows it to go through the corridor. It will automatically adjust based on your position.
3.) Follow the navigation map to the letter. Do not deviate from the path at all; the map will show your location and the edges of the corridor. The corridor ends at the inner asteroid belt.
4.) Once at the inner belt, you have some breathing room. The singularity compressor is located approximately halfway between the star and the belt. But first, locate the Alpha-2 station and open another D-7 Alpha Hedron encrypted channel. Input the following commands; Magnetic Net, Deactivate, Conics 1, Laser Grid, Offline. This will deactivate most of the security systems in place around the device itself. Some will still function.
5.) The device will be relatively visible from this point forward, as the previous commands deactivate the cloaking system. Approach it at a reasonable speed with weapons and shields powered OFF; this is very important. The threat-assignment AI will automatically target any ship with active shields and weapons, perceiving them as threats. You will not survive the hail of Fusion Splicer fire.
6.) Once you are within visual sight of the station, it will automatically open a small docking chamber on it's side at the end of the barrel. This leads to the priming chamber. Keep in mind that once you enter, the docking chamber will shut itself for 24 hours. Security measures. Enter this chamber and download these files; Firing Log, Activation Index, Coordinates. These are stored in the auxiliary terminal in the back of the chamber. This terminal uses an ancient LED display device compared to the other holo-screens around the room, so it should be easy to spot. There are thousands of other controls in the room; do NOT touch any one except those on the terminal necessary to obtain the files.
When you obtain the files, send each to us in a highly secured transmission. We will decrypt them and figure out what happened. Do not leave the station immediately, for we may need to forward additional instructions to you. You may leave the system at any angle; the distortion field merely makes it impossible to navigate to the station from outside, under all circumstances. The instructions given will only work once, so do not screw it up. The steps required to access the station are randomized every time, and subsequent access attempts require at least 7 days of time between them if the instructions are not followed.
Godspeed.

We respectfully decline the 3 billion credits, and we will still honor our previous agreement. If your ships have survived, please send them to NeoRome for upgrades and refitting. We can recover functional weapons and components from the thousands of destroyed ships in orbit to refit your ships. As for the ground reactors, they will be installed by civilian contractors based in an undamaged system. We will not own these devices, but we will still maintain some limited control over them. All decisions for these reactors will be handled by the contractors.

Re: Faction infos and propogandas.
The small ship, now very far from the hospital ship, arrived in orbit of Vyriil-V, a small military world with sparse population and hefty defences. Being on the border of an empire of particular might, a fleet was docked there, alongside another fleet that didn't call the port there home; the 2nd Fleet of the Orion Imperium.
The scout ship docked with a large Strigiforme dreadnought, unloading its' prisoner inside. The Imperator was taken to a cell, where he waits for the ship to depart for some other star, where the Strigiforme's plans continue.

We've no clue where Hopeful went, and suspect a hijacking or sabotage. We have a fleet out looking for it, but the auxiliary beacon isn't powerful enough to show up more than 25 LY away.
As for the signularity installation, our frigate Draconis reports it has the files, and is sending them ASAP. The other frigate reports what seems to be pirate vessels; it ran them off.

Two of the logs are unexpected, TMD and LOE. We are outlining them below.
TMD24633 appears to be a sensor contact log. Very interesting. It's been detecting intermittent sensor contacts for the past week. All have attempted to enter the distortion field and failed. The signatures correspond to known Strigiforme ships. It's possible, if these readings are true, that the Strigiforme are behind a lot of the recent events. I wouldn't be surprised.
LOE99471 is an automated defense report, tied into the sensor log. The station has reported multiple attempts to breach the disruption field. All of which have failed. This is troubling.
We have a small set of instructions. In the main terminal at the front of the chamber, access the command terminal. Input the following commands; Establish connection, 67.223.98, Accept, Initialize. This will give us control over the facility once again. If our suspicions are true, then we may be able to reverse recent events.
-END-
//NeoRoman Long-Range Surveillance Station 14//
"Contact?"
"Yes sir," replied the ensign sitting at the terminal. A constant beeping was being emitted from the terminal. The ensign opened a small map and highlighted the contact. "Extremely large and moving through FTL space. Very large Yttrium signature."
"Find the ship's vector and find me a list of possible destinations. Find the magnitude of the Yttrium signature and plot how long it's been in transit, and possible starting points. Send the report to me and the Security Council."

You should have control of your facility once more. Our frigates have cast off and are waiting near the station. They've reported Yttrium traces, and are requesting permission to track them. I'm sending out a scout group to track them, but one of the frigates will be detached and sent for tracking duty.
