OOC: I am assuming the MR got "normal" psionic readings of AUF research projects, because the experiments could impossibly be obscured considering that for once it's a pretty big area the psionic energy would be scattered across, and also because you can't obscure psionics if you don't know what to expect.

(Meta) Given the 100% augmented status of the Novan military, CNI Section Four has implemented the new security standard for counterintelligence: the nanites or cybernetics carry a unique signature for each person, and as such, scans can determine quickly and simply the identity of the scanee. These systems and policies are being implemented now.

Unless, of course, you have spies already who were either already implanted or are defectors to your specific nation. I am assuming everyone has gotten to Cuuyth, where they were vigorously frisked and scanned by Orbital Command.

All visiting dignitaries have been given apartments in the Hhyklii, the Leader's personal building. They will be guided around some areas of Cuuyth by a native who has lived there for their entire lives, and who has been screened for all traits of hostility or possible aggression. The areas the diplomats will be guided around are some of the Strigiforme Bureau of Cultural Heritage's top sites in Cuuyth, which have been closed off for the visit. K'lii will be provided for authenticity. Additionally, the diplomats will be provided 2 Strigiforme guards to supplement their own bodyguards. These guards will maintain maximum distance whenever possible so as not to disrupt the dignitaries.

[meta]Thousands of Ryytils psionic shock troopers have been stationed in Cuuyth, along with the all Strigiforme 1st Psionic Task Group, composed of the few Strigiforme with psionic abilities. The areas cleared for dignitary visits have been stocked with natives when possible, but undercover soldiers when not. The guides are trained Special Services agents who have extensive knowledge of Cuuyth and her history.[/meta]

[Meta]AUF researchers have begun seriously looking into heavier psionic obfuscation, as recent shifts in MR activity have determined that the entire psionic program is effectively compromised by long-range psionic sensing. The shield enhancement has been cancelled, deemed a serious security risk, while dimensional shielding is being placed top priority for miniaturization and wide-scale deployment. Other psionic-enhancement projects have been placed on hiatus until a better obfuscation method can be determined.

To counter MR sensing, destructive psionic blasts have been released throughout AUF territory towards the MR. These blasts are designed to overload and destroy sensing equipment. These blasts have been carefully chosen and executed by Abaddon members.

Diablo, the AUF Titan, has left drydock and is officially fully completed. It is currently patrolling AUF systems closest to the MR.

The Commonwealth diplomats have expressed their admiration of the Strigiforme's cultural history - if not their military history - and both have indicated a desire to make a permanent peace with the Strigiforme.

The Aurelian ambassador has also made several dry comments about being watched by thousands of psi-troopers "Troopers? Minions? Hard to tell."). The dropship pilot has remained with his craft, disallowing anyone else in with a simple "no." and a relaxed hold on his rifle.

OOC: He is gay, if you're asking. He also thinks the AUF basically rightfully owns the galaxy and his people deserve it, yet isn't willing to go to war until he has a huge advantage. He does like the Strigiforme and wants to work with him. He also believes too much freedom leads to lack of security, hence police-state.
