Mayhaps the conundrum with all the stuff caused a rip into an alternate dimension without any of this happening, but the same factions. The portal stayed open a few days, while the universe was wrecked, and all the important people and tech made it through.

I say alternate universe where this stuff didn't happen, and the factions start in a relatively new point. Maybe after some massive war between the Strigiforme and Old Rome or something. Now that sounds exciting. And say NeoRome was a splinter faction who allied with the Strigiforme?

And the other factions... unwillingly dragged in... stuff...

TBH imo lms 4 tbh the warp storm should just be stomped into the ground and permanently forgotten. The whole charade was Fenway beating his own faction up because no one else was willing to, and ended up getting into some quantum physics crap that ultimately ended up confusing everyone to the point where it became more of a 'go with the flow' then an RP that inspires individual initiative and creativity.

Last_Jedi_Standing Industries warps in a massive fleet, blasts everyone back to the point where they're just barely pushing the boundaries of their own solar systems, and leaves. No reasons are given for the sudden attack.

Do not like. And this IS in the same continuity as that thing, but there was never a warp storm or anything. I agree, it was a bit stupid. This one starts after the Strigiforme-Old Roman massive star-destroying planet-killing radiation-spreading yttrium filled war.

You always forget the EE *sadface*...
I was important, too, you know. Actually, I started the RP...
I demand that the EE was part of the war.
We had some pretty capable stuff. With the Chaos Emeralds and everything we have some pretty good stuff.
Also, I won´t use the gods anymore. Let´s say they all sacrificed themselves to form the shield now containing Chaos.
And, on a note, I was pretty balanced. The EE can only produce 7 CEs a month, has no way of ever increasing that ammount, needs one for every FTL-drive and power supply of larger ships and finally completely destroys 7 of them when fireing their planet-killer, delaying their ship-building process by a month.

Edit: Fenway, care to expand your timeline up to the point where we "clip" the original storyline? I need it for my faction history.
