The Strigiforme, in their perpetual state of stronk, have rushed out the production of their intergalactic ships. These ships, chock-full of weapons and colony equipment, are scheduled to launch 1 hour prior to all other intergalactic ship launches. They will also reach their targets before the other ship, due to the Strigiforme being on the edge of the galaxy, and the ships being launched from a star lying far beyond the galactic disk.

CNBC: Earlier today, a Novan freighter arrived at Galliva. Aboard was a large amount of weapons purchased by our government, a highly significant event considering The Expanses has not made a purchase from another nation for a quite extended period. The guns are expected to be first submitted to Division 1 scientists for a quick study before the majority being distributed to our special forces and elite, the rest remaining in Division 1 custody. Some members of the teams assigned to the project have agreed to an interview after their preliminary tests have been made, so expect that later this week.
Last Morandas, we also made formal international contact with NeoRome. They have agreed to supply a number of our worlds with Fusion Generators for civilian purposes, in turn we have passed new laws regarding their handling and use. More on what that means for you at 11:00.
After several failed prototypes, Indigo Shipyards has postponed the production of a new ship and has diverted most of the resources to other productions, especially the near-operational third orbital manufactorum, giving more draftees a choice they deserve.

The Hierarch today ordered for the considerable power in the NeoRoman reactor to be funneled to the intergalactic core. Over the past few years, NeoRome has been constructing a sub-space relay network leading to the core, which has been kept secret until now. Vortex station is the final link in the network.

At the same time, the Farable battleship, equipped with NeoRome's most advanced technology, and also bristling with weapons, is enroute to the galactic core. It departed approximately 11 standard hours ago.

NeoRome's power is being fed through the relay network, plaguing the cities with power issues.

In a heel-face-turn move, NeoRome has completely reversed their policy on the Hexalan energy trade. Instead, NeoRome is providing Hexalan with unrestricted blueprints on several lower-tech Fusion Splicer generators, as well as 100 large-scale Fusion Splicer generators for free use. At the same time, the Hierarch has extended an offer to upgrade Hexalan's weapon systems and supply them with advanced energy weapon technology.

After some final work, the unmanned scout ship Eyes Above has departed to the Andromeda Galaxy, serving asnthe forward scout for Distant Memory. Due to the locations and rotations of the two galaxies, the vessel is expected to arrive in 3 days. Five days until DM itself departs.

Hexalan has immediately dispatched fleets 02-07 to escort 3 fleets composed of "husk ships", hulls emptied of all but the necessities for only several days. Slipspace tugs (engines on a cockpit) have been latched to the larger ships to increase travel time. They will arrive at NeoRome space to retrieve the generators, as well as OSDs containing the blueprints and data. We expect the OSDs to have at least three redundancies for safety purposes. Fleets 03-05 will remain at NeoRome for upgrade due to their... nature while the rest will return to the Expanses with the needed NeoRomans to oversee on-site upgrades as dictated by the personnel working on 03-05 who will hopefully have completed most of the work by the time they arrive back at Hexalan. The crews for the Illyv and Cuuyth are prepared and final loading is being performed. These ships, one bound for the Triangulum and the other for the Andromeda, have been fitted with the finest equipment available. They contain both weaponry capable of destroying any threat that faces them, and colonization equipment to spread the Strigiforme into eternity among other galaxies. They will be launched in about 4 days, and will arrive after an undisclosed additional amount of time. Their supersized yttrium drives are among the most powerful ever built; contested only by the drive on the Eternity ship, which used its drive to place itself in a stable orbit around a black hole.

The final tests of DM's foldspace drives are complete. Provided no malfunction occurs, the vessel will make the trip in under 6 hours.

The NC government has submitted a message to the Strigiforme, essentially stating "Got something to prove?" after intel turned up evidence of two rushed intergalactic vessels.
