Now that the entire room were covered in Solari writing, and traditional drawings, he decided to check on val, climbing up to the matenince hatch, he called out "Are you doing okay?"

Val, still looking out the door, heard something. Probably nothing.

Calling out again, she said, "Come on, guys, why the violence? I mean, really?"

Becoming slightly woried with the lack of communication, Solari decided to assume the matenince path went in a relative ly strait line, this would have taken it to the Aft section of the ship, on the port side. Exiting the decorated room in a mild rush, he turned right upon exiting the room, then left when he came to a wide hallway, rushed past Zuguth and Hexalan, turned right, towards the aft of the ship, passing the temple, and the mess hall, turning right at the next turn, he ran through the door knocking it completely down, drew both of his pistols, and pointed one at the tein, and one at the cat thing.

Val stared as Solari kicked a door down, rushing in with weapons drawn. Sighing, she swiped the controls, opening the door fully and wandering out into the hall.

"Guys. Seriously?"

Lowering his pistols, solari gave a groan of displeasure towards val.

Val made a face in his general direction, turning to the slightly nonplussed Tien and Batiss.

"Uh, hi. And, uh, welcome aboard, I guess?"

[Vinyl]

Where's he off to? "I'll be right back," she said to Zuguth, who nodded in reply, ran after the... whatever he was. Hexalan followed his direction precisely, one of the perks of your target being incredibly loud. Pistol drawn, she appeared just behind him, seeing Batiss and Taln, as well as Val. She locked sights on the feline, and was on the verge of pulling the trigger.

Val heard the footsteps, turned, and leaped, landing on Hexalan's outstretched arm. Yanking the weapon towards the floor, she growled at the soldier, "Don't. Not. Fucking. Now."

"Hexalan, go back to Zuguth. Batiss, lower your weapon, Taln you do the same."

[Vinyl]

Hexalan glared under the visor, then shoved the Commonwealth off and grabbed her gun. "Fine," she said with a surprisingly calm tone, then took off her helmet and started off back to Zuguth.

[Error]

Val sighed with relief. Nobody got shot.

Picking herself up, she wandered over towards the Tien and Batiss, both staring in frank disbelief.

Batiss withdrew her outstretched arm, which held the pistol, but didn't holster the weapon. She stepped away from the tien, not too far to be out of striking distance, and repeated her question. "Who are you? What are you doing here?"

Hexalan approached Zuguth, "How's it goin'?"
"Well... I don't think we're getting through."
"Why?"
"I think... I think it might be fried on the other side, but I can't get it to open. We might need to find another route."
"Great, just what we needed." Hexalan turned away and began to finish the one and a half remaining cylinders.

Taln looked at the weird cat woman, and down at the weapon, then back at the seemingly overgrown feline. After some cautious consideration that took the better part of a minute, the Tien lowered the gun and said,

"I am Taln. May I sing you a song?"

He looked expectantly at the stranger.
