The EE does believe that a security personell by Darkstar does not pose a threat at all. Any information you may have on Darkstar being, in fact, an "anarchistic association", are believed to originate either from prejudice due to their high secrecy or from your agents picking up rumors and taking them for granted as they were not able to disprove them.
Believe me, I´ve done my research on Darkstar and them manning the station doesn't pose a threat.
However, I would apreciate if the Darkstar personell would please turn off their personal cloaking engines during the meeting.

The entourage glided through space effortlessly, waiting until the gargantuan freighter docked with the station before departing to resume patrol duties.

Within the airlock, a Tien garbed in a red uniform with gold piping stepped out from the vessel's single hatch onto the embossed steel of the station's floor flanked by two more of the species armored in the traditional exosuit of the Centurion Home Guard, their faces obscured by partially opaque faceplates, their wings toting heavy gauss rifles. As the trio approached a checkpoint set up in the hangar's single outbound hallway, a quintet of humanoids uncloaked before them, bearing black skintight suits and submachine guns of a design distinct to the UGC's PHANTOM program. There is a brief exchange between the leaders of the respective parties before the human operatives suddenly raise their firearms and shoot all three avians with the lethal precision only military training can offer. The two guardsmen, caught off guard, are quickly cut down. The Taln delegate apparent doesn't fare much better, and the docking bay vibrates with explosions as shaped charges along it annihilate the ship and the crew aboard it.

Elias looked at his wrist computer, and noted the time. He turned to his 4 guards. "Two of you come with me. The other two stay here and guard the room." "Yes sir," the shock troopers responded. Elias then began walking toward the meeting quarters.

The CTP detachment in the Confederation has discovered and neutralized 3 terrorist cells. The 1st Fleet and 2nd Fleet are advised to check their ships for terrorists or bombs.

Saying three people in Taln uniforms were attacked by five people in PHANTOM uniforms is hardly godplaying. Either side could have been imposters.

Godmodding would be explicitly asserting that it was perpetrated by the UGC in a 3rd person perspective.
