The last hullpiece on the station was just put on. The construction ships pull back and begin to power down.

One of the many hangar doors on the NCSV Ehterreal Nightmare opens, and a shuttle emerges from it. Aboard is the Empress and 5 of her private guard. The shuttles contact the station for docking permissions.
"Summit Station, this is Novus Colonia Shuttle 88-EJK-909 requesting permission to dock."
"Novus Colonia Shuttle 88-EJK-909, you are clear to dock."
"Roger that."
The shuttle docks to the station, the light turns red - signaling that it's safe to exit. Two guards exit the shuttle and enter the station first, checking that it's safe, then contacting the rest of the passengers. Another guard entered, followed by the Empress and the last two guards.

GENERAL MESSAGE [ENCRYPTED]

Proposal of heavy scanning. All diplomats and security forces must pass to advanced scans AND "old school" scans by the guard dogs and guards as well. Also,i vote for putting a basic stealth system in this station for MAXIMUM security. Im not poking anyone eye but...every nation sended materials. If anything happens,MAD.

Fenway looked on from the bridge of the Halifax, now highly upgraded, onto the system laid out before him. A massive, supergiant blue star, orbiting tightly around a black hole. Matter swirled off of it into a tight accretion disk that picked up extreme redshift before passing the event horizon. A planet had been unlucky enough to pass too close to the black hole, and it was now trapped in the swirling field. "Warning," chimed the computer. "Planet orbit highly unstable. Complete destruction in 3 Standard Hours." Fenway nodded at this, and then moved to a nearby console. He opened the sensors and scanned the planet.

Surface is being bombarded with meteoroids and high levels of radiation. All life has been extinguished in the past day.

Tectonic forces are increasing rapidly, tearing massive rifts in the crust.

Fenway nodded. They had time, and they were probably done by now. This was affirmed when a launch signature was detected from the planet. This headed towards the Halifax, and Fenway ordered them to return to NeoRome.

He stayed another hour. As he watched, the planet was ripped in half as it spun down the black hole. He turned the ship around as several components began exploding from internal pressure.

The shuttle carrying the three commanders docked at the station, guards were at first hesitant to allow Omega through, due to the fact he was still in a combat body, but once he proved he was unarmed, he was allowed entry.

There was also a hold up concerning Phi and Zero, for it had not been explained to the guards that one of the diplomats from the NSCD was mainly organic, and Theta had decided not to inform them of Zero's psychic potential, or the fact that Phi shared the same body as Zero, but eventually all three were allowed acess, and were escorted to the central summit room.

The Phantom Vanguard arrived in the system, along with it's cruiser escorts, about 5km from the station. The shuttlebay doors opened, and Elias Bauer's shuttle flew out.
Shuttle Pilot: Summit Station this is Orion Confederation Shuttle 1-1-17-OCDS requesting permission to dock.

The shuttle docked, and 2 guards walked out. After the all clear was given, Elias and the other 2 guards walked out. They started walking toward the Orion Confederation section of the station, after the security checks.

Internal Affairs:
The 2nd Fleet has been refitted and rearmed, but is docked with stations in orbit around Cyrania II.
The CBP has reported that there has been a decrease in terrorist activity on the border.
The CTP detachment in Confederation space has begun operations to root out terrorist cells already in the Confederation.

OOC: I say the Orion Confederation part of the station because I'm assuming that this station is sort of like the Citadel in Mass Effect. Each nation/empire/etc. has it's own section within the station. If not, I can easily edit the post.

Secretary of State Davis walked through the access tube into the station, accompanied by his two bodyguards. He opened his small wrist mounted computer and looked at the meeting time. After a bit of R&R, he proceeded to walk calmly towards the summit room.
