Re: Any Bored Coders?
I figure if I want to find someone bored enough to do this project I will also need someone who is slightly desperate for something to do. If I were to say the idea I may get someone who would flake out mid-project, this way its less likely.

Any Bored Coders?
Somewhat random question I know but any chance do we have any coders who are currently doing nothing but would like to spread the name of futurecraft? I have a project that I don't have the time or knowledge for, or at least the idea for one, this idea does directly correlate with Futurecraft I prom...

Re: Exchange/financials
Permantly referring to the previously known RPG universe as the Adventure universe, since it causes so much argument.

Re: stats and stuff
@bsb23 He really wasn't insulting anyone. Just pointing out that you are in the minority opinion on this. While advanced survival and building up from nothing may certainly appeal to some, it adds extra complexity to the game, most of which will be completely discarded by the time people get to the...

Re: stats and stuff
I don't know why anyone at all would like a hydration meter. I hate the hunger bar, and even if it's refilled when I'm in a city, I don't usually go in cities. Not to mention, starting out would be more of a pain, colonizing would be frustrating, and city planning would make people commit suicide t...

Re: Exchange/financials
RPG-ists? If you are an RPG-ist, what are you doing in Minecraft? Ironicallly I had you pinned as an RPG-ist. When people think of RPG their minds usually flick to something along the lines of WOW. That is not what RPG means. RPG can apply to almost all popular, modern games. Literally when you pla...

Re: stats and stuff
I know I'm starting to sound like a broken record but that's the point. Again the split is based on how we play, certain people want the challenge, the adventure, the connectability, the realism, that comes with needing water and other similar requirements. On the other hand it is obvious that other...

Re: Exchange/financials
What a suprise! Another RPG vs. Survival world argument! Do I need to say what I'm going to say? Survivalist, enjoy freedom and believability even if its at the cost of an easy flowing storyline. Like currency, they would rather the possibility of controlling a market through currency, much the way ...
