Well, let's see. How about a superstore (like walmart), a telecommunications building, two apartment buildings, a commercial landing pad, a hospital, and three or more kinds of houses?

Any of those would do. It's kinda difficult to find motivation to use what little free time I have between school and work to start modelling. Structures are nice and simple (gets you in the mood), and I'm gonna need a fair amount for what I have in mind.
